Place François Mitterrand, 13310, Saint-Martin-de-Crau
Been here?
Six free motorhome parking spaces with water refill and gray/black water disposal near Saint-Martin-de-Crau. Located very close to a highway, road and evening noise can be disruptive. The water connection requires a proper male adapter; one recent report noted the water point not working. Public toilets are nearby and the village offers shops and restaurants.

Very large parking area with little traffic on Friday, July 17, but the road runs alongside it and some cars may be bothersome.
Very large parking area. There are six motorhome spaces next to the bathrooms, although they are not marked. There is a drain for grey water and a water tap, which does not work. Too much noise at night: young people shouting and people hanging around until the early hours. Maybe Saturday had an influence, but sleeping was impossible. Thanks anyway to the town for providing the area, as such places are scarce.
Many thanks to the town hall for this dedicated space. Emptying and filling services are available. The village is very charming.
Great for emptying and filling, even free of charge. There are also toilets that had just been cleaned.
Close to the highway with very little detour. Next to the village, with a bakery, some restaurants, and other services. Some noise from the nearby village road, but not too much; all the available services more than make up for it. Very clean public toilets. Wonderful place to spend the night. Thanks to the town hall for this service.
Quiet parking area. We slept one night. Public toilets next to it; for water, you need a male quick-connect fitting.
Everything is fine if you bring the right adapter.
Thanks to the municipality for the practical emptying and filling facilities.
Excellent stop for using the services.
Thanks to the municipality for this quiet spot. We slept well, thank you.
Very peaceful, well-used area. Too bad it is difficult to fill up with water. We could not do it because our fitting was incompatible, and we suddenly ended up being flooded with water. Otherwise, everything was fine. Recommended.
Good location for emptying and filling water and the toilet. Bring a watering can. The coordinates are incorrect. Restaurants nearby. Beautiful little town.
A place to empty the black-water tank and take on water. Toilets with hand soap and bins. Have a good trip, everyone!
Good place to spend the night. Black and grey water disposal works without problems. For drinking water, you have to attach the “plug” to the water outlet; otherwise no water comes out. Everything is quiet after 11 p.m.
Whenever I pass by, I always stop here. Comfortable area near the town, with all services free of charge, except electricity.
April 2026: everything is as described. Special water fitting required. More than six spaces were occupied today. Men’s toilet out of order. Bin nearby. It is next to the road; fine for one night.
The parking and services are free. There are toilets that can be used without any problem. Some noise at night and during the day because it is next to a main avenue.
Good place for a stopover or longer stay during strong mistral winds. Everything is free, with public toilets nearby. Two excellent addresses: La Boucherie de la Crau, with meat so good it will knock you off your feet, very popular with locals; and the pizza truck in the parking area, Mamamia Pizza, with a very good quality-to-price ratio.
Excellent motorhome stopover while passing through. About 12 spaces; our 7.5-meter vehicle fit perfectly. Facilities for black water, grey water, and drinking water. Pleasant town, with a lovely bakery nearby. Spaces are reasonably level, next to a main road that is quiet at night. The parking area is heavily used during the day and evening. We slept peacefully and safely.
Thanks to the municipality for providing this free service to travelers. Perfect for smaller motorhomes; larger ones may have difficulty because there is a school and some sports facility nearby, as I saw many cars coming to park.
We only emptied the tanks and filled up. There are water taps on both sides of the public toilets. A man told us that people fill drinking water from a container on the left side of the toilets, and use the other side to clean the toilet.
Free area with services. Close to the road, so somewhat noisy in the morning. Quiet night.
Thanks for the service and free water. You simply need the right fitting and must push the metal bracket to insert your hose, in response to a previous comment.
Area in the town parking lot beside the road, so somewhat noisy. Bus stop right next to it for visiting Arles or Salon-de-Provence. Thanks to the municipality.
A stop with operational, free services. Many thanks to the municipality. For water, you need your own hose and a male fitting, which we had. Be careful: once connected, the water comes out suddenly and under high pressure. To stop the flow, operate the small metal wheel on the fixed metal fitting by pushing it, not turning it. Filling up was quick.
Hello, very good, but the night was much more peaceful at Saint-Roch parking area.
We tried to reach the site from four different directions. Unfortunately, vehicles over 3.5 tonnes cannot access it.
Parking area with excellent free services. Thanks to the municipality. A minor drawback is the busy road, with noise until late.
Thanks to the municipality for making this space available. We stayed overnight between January 4 and 5. Despite the nearby road, we had a quiet night. It became busy in the morning when school started.
We spent the night of January 3 here. Parking in the center of the village on the main road. Wide spaces, busy road. We did not use the services. Nevertheless, we had a quiet night. Considering that it is free, it is a good spot.
Spacious parking area, I would say it can accommodate more than six motorhomes. We slept wonderfully; cars pass by, but it did not bother us. It has all the services. Thanks for providing this space.
Quiet night. The nearby road was not a problem, with only a few cars passing during the evening. Services working perfectly.
We would say there are about ten spaces, perhaps even more for shorter vehicles at the back of the parking area. We did not see any sign limiting stays to 24 hours. The toilets are fairly clean and have soap, but no paper and no locks on the doors. Beware of splashing when removing the hose. Very convenient area, with the possibility of going to Arles. Thanks!
Excellent free motorhome area in the village of Saint-Martin-de-Crau, with public toilets and free water and wastewater disposal. Large parking area with at least six motorhome spaces. A male-to-male connection is needed for the water; see the photos. As of today, December 11, 2025, the water has not yet been shut off. Recommended.
We stopped to sleep and it was great: little noise, toilets, and a dumping and filling area.
No water at the service point, or perhaps we did not understand how it worked.
Access is limited depending on which road you use, for vehicles under 3,500 kg. You need to find the best access route. Level area next to schools and the road. We did not stay overnight; it looks noisy. Watch out for the water-filling connector: the tap connection must be male. If it were farther from the road, it would get five stars. Many thanks to the town hall for this area.
Excellent! Spacious and close to town.
This is not a motorhome area but a large town-center parking lot where motorhomes are allowed. Plenty of space. But there was noise all night: shouting, singing, cars with music blasting, motorcycles, and quad bikes coming and going noisily, making sleep impossible.
