It is comfortable and usually quiet, but occasional loading vehicles or trucks can leave no space, especially for larger campers. There are no services, and camping or camping behaviour is prohibited. Walking routes and a restaurant are within walking distance.

Really beautiful place to take a break. There is a park bench and direct access to the Altmühl. Cars pass only rarely, so I could let my dog lie beside me off leash, and the cat could also move around freely.
More of a joke… When someone is there dumping, there is zero space; when a truck is parked there during its break, there is zero space. You should not rely on this place. Maybe it works with a mini-camper, but probably not with a panel van. I had to keep looking.
Great location directly by the water. Quiet, with beautiful hiking trails nearby, and there is also a restaurant within walking distance. What more could you want? There is also a rubbish bin, which helped keep the place nice and clean.
We can only agree with the comments below. We were there with three other motorhomes, two of them very large, so it became quite cramped.
Beautiful place by the water. Opportunities for walking and cycling. Nice little village with one restaurant. No facilities except a rubbish bin.
