Roadside picnic stop, overnight noise

A picnic area with sturdy tables and benches made of concrete and pebbles, beside a road and with some shade. The fountain no longer works, and there are no bins. It is peaceful despite the road above, but the nearby road and railway make overnight stays more difficult.
