Been here?
A paying CAMPING-CAR PARK area in a quiet, natural setting overlooking the Semois forest massif, with spacious pitches. Electricity, water, waste disposal, toilet emptying, rubbish bins and Wi-Fi are available, and a bakery is 300 m away. Walking and cycling routes lead from the area toward the castle ruins, village centre and nearby river. Dogs barking continuously have recently disturbed the otherwise peaceful surroundings; network access costs €5 valid for life.

The rest area is good and spacious. What is deplorable are the people who let their dogs bark nonstop. No respect for others. These people should be banned from the network. This is a rest area above all.
Great spot in beautiful surroundings.
Very quiet; we had a very good night's sleep. All the services offered work.
Beautiful place to stay. Spacious pitches, electricity, grey-water disposal, toilet emptying, and all types of bins available. Direct starting point for both cycling and walking routes. Quiet at night. River nearby for swimming.
Very quiet motorhome area with beautiful pitches. Good base for walks and bike rides.
Very quiet, lovely walk, decent pitch.
Very nicely located, large paved pitches, electricity, water, and all disposal facilities available.
Area with all services and Wi-Fi, bakery very close by, 300 metres away. Possibility of magnificent bike rides and walks. Very quiet day and night, located near the former demolished railway station and a RAVeL trail created in its place.
Lovely, clean area with spacious pitches in a quiet, very green setting. Nice walking trail starting point and magnificent view of the castle. Barrier-opening problem resolved by phone in five minutes. We will be back!
Clean area with spacious pitches. Close to the village with several restaurants, a bakery, and a small supermarket. Wonderful walking and cycling area.
Absolute peace in a fairly poor village for shops (the only supermarket is for sale, and the bakery is average). There seems to be a recurring problem with the barrier and connectivity at the area, but we were quickly and very well helped by phone.
Very quiet and functional. You can listen to the silence here! Good telephone communication because the barrier refused to open. Recommended.
Superb area! It is very clean and beautiful, with pitches of different sizes depending on your vehicle. It is very quiet, set back from the main road, and we slept very well.
A magnificent, very quiet place. I love it ♥️♥️
Quality area near the village, with all its walks and its beautiful fortified castle ruins, offering magnificent views over the Semois. We enjoyed the peace and the bike rides along a former railway line.
Standard Camping-Car Park. Impeccable.
The area is perfect and the place is beautiful, but abandon all hope, you who enter: when leaving, you will never manage to pay. Never again in areas like this.
Still a wonderful place. In April 2023 we installed the Camping-Car Park app and added credit to it. Now, two and a half years later, we updated the app and our credit is still there.
Beautiful motorhome area. We ate very well at Auberge des Scailtons in the area; the ruins are also beautiful to visit and free.
Absolutely recommended. Very tidy motorhome area, well and quietly located on the edge of the village, at a fair price! Several walking and cycling routes in the immediate surroundings. Entry was very easy: simply install the app and the rest is self-explanatory. We will definitely return!
Perfect. Easy to book as usual. Large pitches. Services all clean. Peaceful location. Village bars and restaurants near. Shop near. 10 mins walk. Lots of walking in the area. Deer by camp so watch dogs. Bins and recycling available.
Beautifully located site as previously described, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi still does not work reliably. Therefore one point deducted.
Well-organized pitches. Getting in may be somewhat challenging for anyone who is not very digitally minded. I entered without a reservation using the code from the app, opened the barrier, and paid on departure. Well maintained; even in the off-season everything is still cleaned with soapy water.
A very pleasant location with spacious pitches and everything available, certainly for €15. But we did not find it very easy to get in. After depositing some money and obtaining the access card, we entered the number shown on it at the second pillar, but nothing happened. Unfortunately, nowhere does it say that you then have to hold the card in front of the keypad.
Oh no, that's taking it too far: €15 plus the services, and on top of that I consume or park like any good motorhome traveller.
Excellent site overall. Easy booking using QR code at entrance and well priced at €15. Quiet and flat. With grey and black waste included. Fresh water also. Only disappointment was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t available but had good phone signal. Would definitely recommend, excellent little find this one!
We were looking forward to staying at the site, but then could not cope with the payment procedures. As we understood it, we had to purchase some kind of subscription card in order to use the site, so it was no longer an option for us and we went to a nearby, lovely small campsite instead.
Quality area near the village, with all its walks and its beautiful fortified castle ruins, offering magnificent views over the Semois. We enjoyed the peace and the space for €15! Not easy to find in the region! Thanks to the municipality and Camping-Car Park.
Very beautiful area. Stabilized pitches, some with grass. Quiet, close to the centre, the RAVeL, and numerous walking and cycling routes.
Very nice motorhome site, very quiet, direct cycle path, excellent for walking and dogs. Some shade at the front in summer. Pitches are large enough even for bigger motorhomes. The ice-cream van also came by. The site is operated by Camperpark; €15 includes disposal services and electricity. Anyone with the app can see how many spaces are still available before travelling there.
We did not park here because using it is very complicated. Prices are not visible without installing the app, and without it you cannot open the barrier. We drove on to the free parking area in Bouillon.
Nice spot. First time user. You get the app on your phone, get the code. Then you need to enter the code at the entrance, but dint forget to push on the ENTER button also. It took us 5 min to see that, or you can not enter. Then you put money on your account and you use the same code to leave. You will get a card send to your homeadresse for future entrance instait of the code.
Easily accessed using our CCP card. Great site with all facilities working well and rubbish disposal. Plenty of walking and biking routes available from the site.
Access only with a membership card or app. Downloaded the app and received an access code, but the barrier did not open. We drove on. I don't understand why it has to be so complicated.
Beautiful place near castle ruins. There is a nice little restaurant nearby where we ate delicious food. Dogs allowed. Regards, Nasadi.
What a fantastic place. Fresh water, emptying facilities, and electricity are included in the price, all for €15 per day. The walks start from the village and also pass by the motorhome area.
We spent three nights here. Very quiet, natural, and clean. Numerous hiking trails with beautiful views of the castle ruins and viaduct, and a cycle path starting from the parking area. Large gravel pitches. €15 for 24 hours.
