Quiet mountain parking spot near Zweisimmen with sweeping alpine views, popular as a hiking start/end point especially for sunrise or sunset walks to Hundsrügg. Clean toilets and showers are on site, with a coin cost for hot water separate from the overnight fee. Access is via a long, narrow winding road with passing bays. Daytime brings hikers and cows in summer, but nights are calm and starry, with winter camping and winter hiking/ski trails also available.

I confirm the prices and the superb view. Be careful: alternating one-way traffic uphill from :30 to :45 and downhill from :00 to :15; narrow road with no passing possible except at designated spots.
We spent two nights here on a December weekend. After the day visitors had left and the cross-country ski trails were groomed for the next day,it became quiet.We admired an amazing starry sky.There is a winter hiking trail, cross-country ski-,snowshoe and sled rental operated by very friendly people! It's a great place with a beautiful view of the mountains, not just in summer, but in winter too!
Fantastic landscape, stunning view, big parking. Services are impeccable with warm corridors to enter bathrooms and showers (when it’s cold outside at 5am it’s very pleasant). The manager gave us the key for the shower. There’s also a small changing table for kids. Super recommended, during the day some visitors might come to hiking, not so crowded during the night. In summer surrounded by cows!
Beautiful, peaceful camper stop with a great view. Overnight stays allowed—currently CHF 30. Clean toilets. Showers available; we cannot say whether they are included in the CHF 30; otherwise they cost CHF 2 for 5 minutes. Long, narrow access road with occasional lay-bys for oncoming traffic.
Very beautiful and quiet place. Access suitable for smaller vehicles.
