Perfect for one night, with very little traffic on the road.
Very pleasant and secluded. Beautiful view and the start of a short hike. We spent the night in our motorhome, with easy access. We were alone that evening, which was great.
Good grief, I struggled with my L2 on the tiny road through the woods to get up there, only to discover that taking the D54 gets you there without any problem! But I have no regrets. The place is not exceptional for its panorama, but the surrounding forest and the old abandoned wagon, which makes you wonder how it got up there, create a very special atmosphere. I will definitely come back.
After a long, winding but beautiful road, you arrive at this little remote spot surrounded by hiking trailheads.
Spacious and peaceful place; the wagon, table, and stones add charm. The road to get there is long, winding, and sometimes narrow: the spot has to be earned! Beautiful spot, with a lovely starry sky after dark ✨ Be careful not to light fires, as the Cévennes are prone to wildfires...
Perfect spot! The view is magnificent, the grounds are very large and flat, and there is no vehicle traffic. There is even an abandoned wagon to shelter in if it rains. The access roads are winding but passable.
Very good place in nature, flat, with a beautiful view, but we were woken at 8 a.m. by a group of hunters and their dogs...
