The paying RV park beside the coach park has recently been closed or unavailable. When available, access requires a code from the Tourist Information and a 21€ city pass, which includes château entry and public transport. The parking is secured, flat and paved, about 10 minutes on foot from the centre. The external service area allows gray-water and black-water emptying, but has no water for rinsing.

No water at all! Only possible to empty the gray water. Great! You can empty the black water, but not rinse. For a city that calls itself tourist-friendly like Angers, I find this regrettable. I live near Angers; we have just returned from a six-week trip around Brittany, and we were welcomed a hundred times better for services.Translating
Get a city pass for 21€ and that gets a long parking time, access to the chateaux and other attractions and free pubic transport. The tricky thing is getting the access code to open the barrier. A visit to the Tourist Information will do that. Meanwhile use the free service area adjacent to the, for grey and chemical waste as fresh water to up. All free.
