Been here?
This free motorhome area is in a small village beside a busy road, with paid water, electricity and waste facilities. The pitches are uneven, grey-water disposal is awkward, and recent stays found construction activity beside the area. Traffic can remain noticeable at night, while workers may arrive early on weekdays.

Free, so expectations should be limited. Bins, bench, electricity, and water available for a fee. Grey-water disposal is so-so, as you stand lower than the drain (pipe with a tub). To go hiking, you first have to walk a long way up or down the road. Very friendly local resident who gave us many tips for excursions. Construction update: after more than two years, it is finally supposed to be finished in July 2026.Translating
The place can be used, as can the bins and services (for a fee), and yes, the pitches are uneven, but this can reasonably be solved with leveling blocks. However, the road is much busier than it appears, and at night they do not drive at the required 30 km/h either. At 6:30 a.m. the first workers arrive at the site next door, so it is not a quiet place. Still, it is free, close to a village, and you can walk nicely here.Translating
No services because of the construction site currently underway right next door.Translating
At present no service and construction site nearby.
Stayed overnight here and it was quiet. There is electricity and water for a small fee and rubbish bins. Crocks are needed in most places but we were alone and found a flat area. There are public clean toilets just up the road in the village.
Good for overnight stays. Electricity costs €1 for 8 hours. Close to the road, but at least there is little traffic on weekends. It seems that utility lines are currently being relaid in the village, and the storage area/construction site is next to the pitch, so it may be busier during the week.Translating
Free parking. We spent a very quiet night. Services are available for a symbolic price.Translating
Austria seems quite intolerant to motorhomes in many places and campsites are really expensive so it was nice to find this place. Black & grey water disposal and €1 gets you fresh water for 10mins. The flow rate is very fast so no problem to fill up in the time. The parking area is gravelled and ramps needed to get level. Quiet at night but some noise in the morning from the nearby works yard.
Great service, wonderful area! Unfortunately, the machine currently does not accept coins for water.Translating
Great view! Close to a busy road, but the noise did not bother us. We slept there on a weekday, so the loudest noise was when people arrived to operate various machines on the neighboring property. :)Translating
We spent one night here. A busy road is right next to it; the nearest public toilets are in the center, a 2-minute walk away.Translating
The water station did not work and rejected the money. I don't know about the waste dump and electricity because I didn't need them.Translating
Great place in the middle of the road. Free to use facilities work, only thing is the porto potty was full and needed cleaning.
Water/electricity and rubbish disposal okay... Road noisy... Thanks to the municipality for the spot.Translating
Everything worked very well: water available for €1, with the possibility of emptying black water into a small hatch behind the station (not very practical but doable), and grey water... Thanks to the municipality.Translating
I didn't like the place and drove on. It wasn't particularly inviting... apart from a rubbish bin, there was nothing there. It might be different in summer.Translating
Unfortunately, the parking area had not been cleared of snow and the cars were parked on a small section. I had to park next to the pergola, which apparently annoyed a lady passing by at around 2 a.m.; she threw a snowball at my motorhome and woke me up. Otherwise, it is a lovely place.Translating
Absolutely fine for a stopover.Translating
Although it is by the road, it is excellent for hiking. The traffic is rather quiet at night. A lovely little town with a small Adeg shop nearby and public toilets. Water is available: insert €1 and you can fill up with fresh water from the hose for 10 minutes. There is also a small playground. The gravel area is not completely level but perfectly fine.Translating
