A wide rural parking area suitable for an accessible one-night stop and a visit to the Payré islets. It is near a lightly trafficked road and has recently been shaded and quiet, although the parking area was reported to be used by workers. Phone signal is patchy, and the toilet is open during the summer months. Camping is not allowed in the inside car park, but overnight stays are possible beside the entrance and road.

Excellent shaded, peaceful place. We spent the night there and had the large parking area to ourselves. It is near the road, but traffic is light and not disturbing.
Very beautiful, quiet place in the middle of nature, great for one night.
Another possible parking area is just a little farther inland, on the right toward the mill. Very beautiful place with water and small bridges. It is a meeting place for fishermen. “Camping prohibited”—do not take out your chairs, but overnight stays are possible; there is no municipal order and no height barrier.
You have to go 200 meters farther toward the mill, to the motorhome area. The site is magnificent, beside a river, with peaceful nights and easy access, a children's playground—the best.
This parking area is now being used by workers; it is better to drive 200 meters farther, where there is a very beautiful parking area by the water with a park and picnic area.
Perfect place for a night stopover travelling south/north. Camping is not allowed on the inside car park but overnight posible on the car park next to the entrance and road. Patchy phone signal, ok for me. Toilet open during the summer months. Please do not abuse this place. Lots of local people use it and will report abuses that can lead to future restrictions.
This is our second visit to this place, still just as pleasant and bucolic. Large parking area at the end of the main driveway on the right, directly in front of the river and mill. Picnic tables, fitness trail, fishing, children's playground, toilets, and bins—the best! Starting point for two hiking trails. We had a very good night's sleep.

We arrived in the middle of the night and found it a great spot for a stop, very peaceful! Leave the place clean so it can continue to be used!
