Quiet woodland parking, uneven access

Some walkers and cyclists during the day, but very quiet at night. Possibility of parking in the shade. The access road is gravel but manageable. Lots of walking opportunities in the beautiful forest!

Excellent spot for an overnight stay close to the motorway but in a quiet location in the woods. Petrol station, tavern for a beer/food close too. Locals friendly. Walks in the woods possible. Very convenient. Yes there are potholes but nothing worse than British roads!

Very large carpark in the woods. No facilities but slept well was really quiet and we were the only ones here on a hot Friday evening. Bumpy road but manageable for a 7.8m motorhome. Quick and easy access off the motorway

Beautiful place. No light pollution and extremely quiet. Due to circumstances, I arrived at 1:00 a.m. in complete darkness. But the road was easy to drive. Internet reception is mediocre.

Good stop for one night- peaceful, just next to the woods. some dog walkers and cyclists in the evening and morning but all very friendly

great spot, loads of space - super quiet, wake up to birdsong. restaurant nearby but no noise from them either
