This is free parking just over a kilometer from the town center, near Wolfgangsee, with space for long motorhomes. Sleeping in a car has been possible without a prohibition sign. The area can sometimes be noisy, although a good night's sleep has also been reported.

Beautiful place, next to the town and Wolfgangsee.
We were sleeping in a car, there was no sing about it being prohibited. It was good enough.. a lot of space, although sometimes a bit noisy.. other than that, there was no problem and we had a good sleep:)
