This large parking lot beside the Weida community center is 150m as the crow flies from Osterburg. Access is through a very low railway underpass, so it is suitable only for smaller motorhomes and vans up to 3m high. It is a quiet base for hiking and visiting the castle.

Yes, the bridge is very low. We are 3 m tall but managed to drive through easily. There was still some space, naturally only through the middle. The site is already very large. We are alone here tonight as well.
We spent a quiet night here alone. Good starting point for hiking and visiting the castle.
