This free public parking area beside an old park is a beautiful, peaceful place for an overnight stay. The park has large old oaks and is good for walking dogs, with shops in the town. Church bells and a carillon begin at 6 in the morning, and there are no services beyond parking.

It is a beautiful and peaceful place, although the church bells and carillon start ringing at 6 in the morning.
Parked here specifically to see Dab Josef which is literally a 2 minute walk from this parking. Many people passed by and didn’t bother us. The night we were here there was a wedding and it went on till early hours which didn’t matter to us but something to consider. The town has a few shops and restaurants and you’re just below a chapel which is beautiful.
Good, quiet parking surrounded by nature. The church bells ring at 6. A beautiful park by the manor, with enormous old oak trees. A good place to walk the dog.
