This parking area across from the football stadium is convenient for visiting Kotor’s old town, about 10-12 min away on foot. It is suitable for parking for a few hours, but overnight stays are not advisable because police may issue fines; one recent visitor paid 70 Euro. Arrive early, especially in summer, as spaces can fill up.

Good parking for visiting the town, but don’t spend the night here because the police will wake you up with a fine.
Parked here for a few hours to visit the old town, okay
we stayed on the land between the football stadium and the sports centre as they have barriers up for the car park to the sports centre. it was noisy (Saturday night) until about 11:00pm with flares (bokelj fc had won that day) but quiet after that. no flat spots but it beat paying €30-€50 PER NIGHT for no services.
Excellent free spot for visiting Kotor, about a 10–12 minute walk from the centre. We parked there with our 6 m van for a few hours during our visit without any problem, while all the nearby spots are paid. However, arrive early, especially in summer. We did not stay overnight, but there is no sign that formally seems to prohibit it.
