Arthur-Kratzsch-Straße 6, 66386, Sankt Ingbert
Been here?
This is a free motorhome parking area under trees beside a swimming pool and mini golf. It is generally quiet at night and about 1 km from the town center by foot or cycle path. The access is very narrow, and the ground becomes muddy after rain while the trees make the area dark. The adjacent indoor pool costs 5,50 Euro for 2 hours.

Okay as a motorhome-only parking area, but unfortunately muddy when it rains.Translating
Everything was muddy after the rain and dark under the trees. Extremely narrow entrance. We did not like it.Translating
I also cannot understand the negative reviews. Great free place to spend the night. No campsite amenities, but it is not a campsite; it is simply a motorhome parking area. The adjoining indoor pool costs €5.50 for two hours—a great bonus if you want to exercise and enjoy a thorough shower.Translating
It was a very peaceful night, but I could not find the water tap.
A beautiful motorhome pitch, easy to access even with a “small motorhome” (3.5 m high and 8 m long). Dreamily quiet at night. I cannot understand anyone giving this only one star. It could not be better!Translating
This place is no good! Narrow entrance. Under trees and therefore very dark. Black sandy surface, consequently muddy in the rain. It is unclear why three pitches were not designated in the attractive, spacious car park above.Translating
We stopped here while travelling through; it was quite good for one night.Translating
We spent a very restful night here. In the morning we walked to König Bakery, which is highly recommended. There were five vehicles here overnight in total; there is enough space.Translating
Unfortunately, the entrance is heavily overgrown with bushes. A friendly camper cleared it. What a shame, municipality. The bins are also overflowing, although the vodka bottles surely did not come from campers. Shady spot in hot weather, but no solar yield. Very quiet, as it is a dead end for motorhomes only.Translating
Motorhome parking, just before the large swimming-pool car park. Very narrow access road, but a 7.5 m vehicle can still get through. Shaded and very quiet at night. Thanks to the municipality; that is kind.Translating
I can only confirm the positive reviews. With a 10-metre vehicle, the entrance would be somewhat difficult. Please keep it clean, and THANK YOU to the municipality!Translating
great for a night hidden amongst some trees next to a little stream. indoor pool with sauna adjacent. shopping facilities a couple of hundred meters away.
Good spot to spend the night. Quiet and easy to find a flat spot. People are nice. Across the street is a huge public swimming pool (summer and winter).
Spent a quiet, very peaceful night here from Saturday to Sunday. No infrastructure at the site, but very natural (I like trees). Okay for an overnight stay, especially since it costs nothing.Translating
I do not understand some of the comments here—a beautiful place to spend the night for zero euros. Directly beside a small stream. The site is clean and should stay that way.Translating
With a panel van, in the rain, under trees: a complete disaster!!Translating

I had a good night here. You can hear the nearby road a little, but it did not bother me. I could not find any service or disposal facilities.Translating
Free, basic site without any motorhome services, under trees beside a stream. Swimming pool and mini-golf nearby. Bakery/café within walking distance. Road audible in the background. The surface is no longer grass but a gravel/earth mixture; depending on the weather, some areas can get very muddy.Translating
A lovely site. Quiet and close to the town centre.Translating
Dirty, unpaved, muddy little site under trees, no water or waste facilities—a disgrace for this town!!! What a shame!!! Avoid!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!!Translating
I am not deducting anything for the lack of water and waste facilities. The site is free, and you know that beforehand. However, during our visit it was not quiet at all. The road was extremely loud for much of the night. Lots of motorcycles… You do not need levelling ramps, despite what the other review says. According to my level, we were at -2 here.Translating
Water and waste facilities have been out of order for a long time. There are hardly any options for this in the whole Saarland region... Otherwise fine for one night. Lovely swimming pool next door at a very fair price.Translating
Central but very quiet. In the shade under old trees, great.
Lovely shaded park up next to the local swimming pool. Peaceful at night. Shame none of the water/disposal was working though
Simple, quiet motorhome site. Totally fine for a stopover. We did not use the water and waste facilities.
Services are out of order
A nice place for one night. However, the water supply and waste disposal seem to have been shut off for some time.
Small site under trees. It is surely nicely shaded in summer, but this affects the solar panels. There is no external electricity supply. Anyone who wants to stand level will need levelling ramps, and if it rains it can get a little muddy. Nevertheless, an absolutely quiet site and clearly recommended since it is free.
