This is a place where hospitality is still written with a capital H. You would come here just for the friendly owner. Besides that, it is peaceful and all facilities are available, including a wonderful shower.

Perfect, friendly, quiet, everything is just right…

We stayed with Jaap from May 4 to 7. Four spaces in the open parking area of a private marina. Completely quiet, excellent sanitary facilities, toilet and grey-water disposal, and water available. Paid €15 per day plus electricity. Jaap replies to emails sent 24 hours before arrival. SPAR in Woudsend, 2 km away. Don't hesitate to come here!

Warm welcome, beautiful pitch in a small marina. There were still spaces available at the weekend. Good starting point for lovely bike rides. Everything available: electricity, shower and toilet, tables and benches.

Great place; we arrived without a reservation during the week and there were five pitches available. Very quiet. Beautiful town, an easy 1.5 km walk, and a good cycling area. We would come again. Toilet and shower available.

Lovely, peaceful spot on a field by a harbor. Woudsend is a charming old village with a SPAR and plenty of restaurants and cafés. Jaap is easygoing; you don't have to leave by a certain time, which we, as non-morning people, find wonderfully relaxed. Great place for an excellent price. Thanks, Jaap. Jan and Tineke.

Great motorhome site directly in the harbor. Very nice owner, sanitary facilities were very clean. It is a little hidden, but the owner comes out as soon as you drive into the yard. Everything is excellent for the price.
