A daytime stopping place directly beside the water, with a stunning view, benches, tables, 5 tables, a fireplace, and 2 open grills. It is suitable for a picnic, lunch, or a quick swim, but neighbours are nearby. Camping and overnight stays are not allowed. Approach carefully because of low-hanging branches, and leave the place clean.

Nice for a break, stunning view, calm and not crowded
Nice for a lunch with a lake view or a quick dip in the cold water. 5 tables and a fireplace. 2 open grills. There is a memorial stone for Johannes Poulsen Qvamme. Neighbours are quite close. No overnight camping
We cycled from here to the foot of the glacier. Picnic benches and views of the picturesque lake. Camping prohibited; keep the place clean!
