Free parking for visiting Nice, but recent reports describe break-ins, parties and police asking campers to leave. Overnight stays are not advisable, with frequent noise from nearby young people, a kindergarten and schools. The tram is about 6 minutes away on foot, and the city centre is also reachable by bus or on foot.

Warning, this place is dangerous. My motorhome was broken into and burgled at night. Impossible to sleep with all the young people getting high on laughing gas and partying like crazy. The municipal police come by and issue pointless fines. The nursery and neighbors complain that they have nowhere to park. Definitely avoid.Translating
Place to avoid: kindergarten and school in the area, parties taking place in the parking lot. Police come frequently to ask you to move on.Translating
The place seems calm, but we were woken at 3 a.m. by young people partying like in a nightclub right next door on Saturday night. We had to leave after a while. To avoid.Translating
This place is not at all intended for motorhomes, beware! Houses, a nursery, and a middle school nearby, with residents regularly parking their vehicles in their assigned spaces. The police came by several times. Avoid!Translating
Was a good place to stay just before the school holidays got a few nights in then today have received a knock by police saying to move on because school is back. A few other campers may have been towed. Other then that nice and quiet
Free parking, easy to visit nice, about an hour walk or 30 min bus. 3 campers and one can also sleeping here so felt very safe with other cars passing close. Left the car all day and stayed two nights with no problems, would recommend

There are currently really three motorhomes permanently here, and they have not moved an inch. We were lucky to get the last spot and just managed to fit our 7.80 m motorhome. Very quiet and level. About 1.5 km to the cycle path along the promenade, 6 km to the old town. We stayed here overnight after not seeing any prohibition sign.Translating
Flat and very quiet spot for visiting Nice. The tram to the center is a six-minute walk away. We were lucky to find space, as three motorhomes seemed to be parked there permanently. It is better to arrive early or late to find a space.Translating
