20 Delaware Drive, MK14 5AN, Blakelands
Been here?
This is a small industrial-estate car park overlooking a lake, suitable for a quiet one-night stop without services. The lake walk is 1 mile and takes approximately 25 minutes, while the latest report describes calm nights. There are no trees, and older reports mention distant M1 noise, litter and occasional evening activity. Motorhomes over 7m may struggle when grass-side parking is full.

good for one night. no trees. just a parking. calm at night
Not bad, slightly strange vibe. Was another van staying there when we pulled in. Strange car pulled up at the side of us, I watched on the camera which lights up a red light on there when watching, the car then moved to the other side of the van. After 00:00 no one came back, and was a decent place to wake up to with the dogs for the scenic walks around in the morning
A little busy in the evening, but okay for an overnight stay.
It’s not an idyllic rural camp-spot… but it’s a good quiet transit stopover off the M1 (except for a little background white noise from the M1!). Would use again. (There was quite a bit of litter - but less after I picked up a small binbag-full in the morning before leaving.)
great little spot on the industrial estate. stayed here last night. ( Saturday night) no traffic noise. great place if you have a dog as you can walk around the little lake and it's well lite. will be back regularly when coming to MK
The parking area is dirty and creepy. You would not want to spend the night here! Not a good area.
Lovely and quiet place . we stayed here after Reggae Land festival, thought would be busy but actually was only another 2 camper vans. Lovely quiet spot with lake next to it. if everyone parks nicely, can easy fit 17 cars, a bit less if campervans . definitely will stay here again.
I've had variable experiences here. Once, there was someone I was sure was dealing, so I left very sharply. Other times it's been nice and quiet. There's a decent walk round the lake. Noise from M1. Kids meet here at night, playing their car radios and throwing bottles round the place. There's a Tesco about 5 minutes walk away, and a fantastic Romanian van just round the corner, great food.
Hi this is our 2nd visit here. It’s an ideal stopover if you don’t need services or to eat in a pub. Very quiet at night. Best time to arrive is after 6pm.
Spent one night here while travelling home. Close to the motorway. Ideal for walking the dogs. Lots of litter in the parking area. There are no bins. It would be nice if everyone took their rubbish with them.
