Been here?
A large, flat site with good access from the N340a, near an abandoned town and a circular route to the mine. Recent reports describe an amazing view, breeze, plenty of space and a very quiet setting, although the access track is bumpy and includes 1,5 km of unpaved uphill road. Water may be available from a valve opposite, using connectors. It is in a nature reserve, and police have issued fines.

Nature reserve! The police came and fined us.
Amazing view, close to the sky, nice breeze. In the morning a group of hiking people came, parked also here but were nice and chill.
I confirm the previous comments! The access is a little difficult (bumpy track), but it is passable by van or small vehicle. Close to the motorway, good network coverage, lots of space, in the middle of nowhere, extremely quiet. I recommend it!! Of course, leave no trace of your visit :)
I really recommend it—a magnificent place with lovely walks to enjoy! Access requires a bit of concentration and knowing your vehicle, but no problem!
1.5 km of unpaved track uphill, in fairly good condition. Large, flat parking area. I was able to fill up with water from a valve opposite the parking area. You need a few fittings. Very good flow and clear water. Of the dozens of houses, only one is currently being restored, but nobody lives there, that's for sure. So the village is truly abandoned. Didn't see any ghosts.
