Camping Lido Calenella

The only good thing here is the location right by the sea. One shower for the entire site, costing €1 for 2:30 minutes. The machine also swallowed €1 from us without working. Two toilets (1 female, 1 male) for the whole site, without seats or toilet paper. That is simply not enough during the season. Stock up on food beforehand; there is nothing nearby except another site with a small shop.

Beautiful place and site. The showers and toilet facilities are very clean. There is 1 shower and 2 toilets, which is sufficient in the low season. The beach was very clean.

simply magic! Dirt comes from the sea - not the places‘ fault. Perfect for kayaking, SUP, Cycling, relaxing.

Decent enough place for a night or 2. The beach would be lovely if it was cleaned - so much plastic & microplastics on the tide line - really spoiled it as the water is lovely - warm & looked clean. Also a run off onto the beach which seemed to come from the services area - full of rubbish. Such a shame, otherwise a nice spot. Quiet & a few steps from the sea if you like to hear lapping waves

Beautiful place right by the sea. Clean toilets, €2 shower, quiet, plenty of trees. €20 fee with no extras (fresh water, grey water, toilets, electricity). Every morning a baker arrives with delicious bread. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean beach, amazing sunsets. The beach is not too full, even in August. However, it can get quite tight in the campground.

We stayed here for one night at the end of May. It is a very nice site with a very friendly owner. The beach is clean and the site is not overcrowded, natural and not as full as the other sites towards Vieste. Everything was great! I would definitely come back!!!

We found this place rather by chance during our Apulia tour in May 2023. We only wanted to explore the beautiful bay and drove down the dirt track from the road. At the end we found this lovely motorhome oasis. We are parked in the front row by the beach and are absolutely delighted. However, the sea should not be used as a rubbish dump.

Very nice site with a wonderful beach, very friendly operators, everything is perfect. We would be happy to return.

Excellent location, but €20 for the end of October is completely overpriced for what is offered. The campsite in Peschici, also directly on the beach, is cheaper and better.

Very nice place, hot shower, clean toilet. The reastaurant wasn’t open because not many people were there in october. We spent two night (10-11.10) with our dog, it was perfect!

Unfortunately, it was already closed on 10 October.

Really beautiful place in greenery among the hills, right by the sea, with a private beach, wonderfully clean sea and fine sand. Dogs are welcome and can enter the water without any problems. Peaceful and few people at this time. €20 per motorhome per night, including electricity. Shower €2 for 5 minutes, easily enough for two people. Good restaurant at reasonable prices, open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. TOP place!
