Riverside beach, uneven ground

Pretty place, easy access. Walkers with dogs in the evening and morning, hence the droppings.

Peaceful night, although you can hear some traffic on the bridge. No visitors, just a few walkers in the morning.

We spent a very peaceful evening. However, there were many mosquitoes, and the next day there was a flea market in the nearby meadow, so it became somewhat restless from 7 a.m. onward. Space for 4–5 motorhomes, partly uneven.

The Danube is currently higher than normal, so unfortunately much of the beach is gone. The access from the bridge side is also no longer passable because of a fallen tree... I will continue looking for another place.

Very beautiful spot right by the water! However, there is some storm damage and deadwood in the trees. If it is very windy, I would not currently recommend the spot. Otherwise quiet at night. During the day, especially morning and evening, some local residents come by with their dogs.

We arrived yesterday and unfortunately had not read the last review in time :( We got stuck and a quad bike had to pull us out the next day. If it is dry, the place should be quite good.

Attention! Impossible to access without a 4x4 due to the rising Danube and too much mud. 8/10/24

- September 2023: - Parking area somewhat hidden - Many trees, lots of shade - Only one level spot; otherwise you have to park at an angle - Not sure whether swimming is possible (a lot of boat traffic on the Danube) - No benches or toilet, only garbage bins - Anglers by the water - Very quiet

Drive slowly on the access road because there are many potholes, but it is not long. Small area with benches and garbage bins. Beautiful view. You can hear the road a little in the distance.
