Been here?
A large, slightly sloping car park convenient for visiting Stams Abbey, located 50 m away. Camping is prohibited, and signs forbid camping-car use; no unpacking is permitted. Parking costs 4 euro for 24 hours. The area can be noisy from the railway and motorway, while water has only the flow of a tap.

Perfect for visiting the abbey.
Everything is easily accessible, but the water flow is comparable to that of a tap.
June 26: two very explicit signs showing a motorhome crossed out and “camping prohibited,” see photo.
Practical and quiet; €4 for 24 hours is reasonable. After that, it is a parking area.
We stayed one night and did not find any prohibition sign. In the morning, municipal workers came to clean and did not say anything either. €4 for 24 hours. The place was tidy and clean. The railway and motorway could be heard, but it was okay.
