65 Rue des Écoles, 40090, Saint-Perdon
Been here?
Free motorhome parking on the school and sports center lot at Saint-Perdon with 6 marked asphalt pitches. Water, waste disposal, and 24-hour public toilets are available. Very quiet at night with motion-sensor lighting in toilet areas. Avoid weekdays during school hours (8am onwards) when traffic and children's arrivals create disruption; weekends are calm. Nearby shops include a Spar and bakery, and there are good walking trails. A male-to-male water connector is required.

A little sloped, but quiet and pleasant. There were a few people, but there was plenty of space between us.
No motorhome parking area, except the cemetery parking lot. There is a service point with water and waste disposal, but with lots of cars in the parking lot, I left and went farther on to a duck farmer.
Great spot for the night, with a Spar for groceries if needed, a lovely walk with games for children and a course for older ones. Possibility of filling up with water and emptying waste tanks. Thank you, Mr Mayor and the municipality.
It is useful for one night and waste disposal. It is not a motorhome area, but the sloping car park of the nursery school, and should be avoided during the school term.
We had a very good, quiet night in this large school and sports-centre car park. Bins, toilets and birdsong! Thank you to the municipality.
We had a super quiet night. At the car park itself, there is activity until 8 p.m., and from 7 a.m. a lot of coming and going because of the sports complex. Five stars also for the bakery.
We stayed here on a Tuesday night so were not affected by the school children arriving in the morning. We found the parking area for vans was quite adequate, level and spacious. Never did find the public toilets. The bakery and Spar shop is a short walk away and there is plenty of scope for dog walking.
Thank you to the town hall, a very quiet night. Indeed, the school and sports area can be problematic.
We are extremely disappointed with this “motorhome area.” It is the school car park!!!! There is only one power outlet, and the spaces are not suitable for motorhomes but for cars. If you happen to come during the school term, you will have children in front of your vehicle at 8 a.m.; not to mention that if there are competitions, the car park is full of supporters! Avoid!!!!
We cannot confirm the claim that it is “very quiet.” We should probably have parked farther back toward the school. It was a very noisy night; the last people finally left at 5:30 a.m., after making plenty of noise. The car park is large enough, although there are no designated motorhome spaces. The service point is easy to access; water costs something? Payment by card.
We spent a very quiet night. There is a Spar and a bakery not far away. The service point works by card. Attention: as mentioned previously, you need a male-to-male adapter for the water.
Quiet area. Small section reserved for motorhomes. This area is in the school car park, so there are no problems at weekends. We did not use the services as we are self-sufficient. Completely free parking and easy access.
This is not a motorhome area. It was impossible to park when we passed through because there was a bingo event. In addition, a local woman told us that motorhomes had no business being there and that the parking was for local people. Only one outlet, inaccessible because several vehicles were badly parked. Avoid; I will not return to this village.
Thank you to the municipality for this car park with services. Note that for filling with water, it is better to bring a male-ended adapter. I did not have one, so I continued on my way.
Very beautiful, quiet place, very clean. After 8 a.m. there is some traffic because of the school.
Thank you to the municipality for making this space available to us. Very clean toilets, bins available, including for glass, and functioning services. Be careful: there is no male connector on the water tap. You can buy gas at the Spar right next door.
Nice, flat car park, quiet for a lunch break. We did not sleep there. The services work.
Nice area. We had to leave because a municipal councillor told us there was an evening event with 500 guests and that we were taking up too much space. Very aggressive threats of fines. Put up a sign next time.
On our visit, a Monday in January, there was construction work happening and vehicles in the camper area. Understandable that the town needs to carry out maintenance. We found a place though, along with others. There was some sporting practice in the evening, but it was quiet at night. The toilet was very clean. The Spar shop is well stocked and the patisserie is delightful. Thank you to the town
Great place, quiet during the school holidays, next to a nursery school, with a pizza kiosk right next door (very good pizza) and a bakery. Grey- and black-water disposal service and the possibility of filling with water, payment by card.
The only one electric socket here!
Very nice place to stop over on our way to Spain. Great walks for humans & dogs. And has services. As well as local shops. Our thank to the municipality.
About 10 campers here last night. There was a football game on so quite a few cars arrived for that. Was quiet once they left until 11:30pm when a few cars showed up playing music and talking loudly (Saturday night). Heavy rain drove them away. The toilets are in the brown wooden building at the back between the sign that says “Salle Polyvalente” and arrows for “Salle Jean Borbon, Mediatheque”
Good rest area, near the municipal facilities. Village nearby; bakery closed because it was on holiday. Public toilet nearby. Quiet night.
Very beautiful place but difficult to park properly because it is very sloped. There are schools, many children and shops nearby. I give it 3 stars because cars park where the disposal point and water tap are, and because there is an electricity socket on the same post as the water. If you do not carry a very long electrical cable, it is impossible to get electricity. Nevertheless, thank you for everything.
We had a very peaceful night here and in the morning a short stroll down the road to buy fresh baguette and croissants… perfect! Thank you for allowing us to stay
We spent one night in this spectacular park, super quiet despite having a nearby park with fields for various activities. The park is clean, has shade and paid services. I do not question paying for drinking water, but charging for water to wash the cassette seems a bit much. Apart from that, everything is perfect in the park. In Spain we have everything, and in France we are already grateful when we have a park.
Thank you to the municipality for this place where we spent a very good night.
The water outlet does not work, either for the toilet or for fresh water.
We came here to fill up with water, but in the end the water and electricity point did not work. At least I was able to empty the black water, although I could not clean the toilet cassette because there was no water.
