This is the Sabina sector parking area at Javalambre ski station, directly beside the slopes and suitable for overnight stays. The site is usually quiet and almost level, with impressive views and temperatures well below those lower down. The altitude is 1850, so nights can fall below zero. There are no motorhome services, while the station cafeteria and walking routes provide nearby facilities and activities.

Quiet... almost level site... the road here was free of snow... we were alone here on a weekday.
It is not the first time we have spent the night here in the middle of summer while escaping a heat wave. It is worth taking a 15-minute detour to cool off and spend a peaceful night in nature under a wonderful sky. The temperature is more than ten degrees lower than on the motorway. Remember that you are at an altitude of 1,900 m, and it may rain, be cold or snow in season. It is a ski resort.
Amazing views and quiet for overnight stop. We had the car park to ourselves. Only sound was the piste bashing machines! Altitude 1850 so be prepared for well below zero overnight temperatures.

Spectacular views. I spent the night here in complete peace. While it is horribly hot below, it is wonderful here. At night you need to cover up. Excellent sky for astronomical observation. Good internet coverage.
A quiet night; we were alone. The views are not the best. The starting point for many walking and mountain-bike routes. Perfect for what we were looking for: a peaceful night and a route in the morning.
Very quiet, right beside the slopes, and nicely level. A beautiful starry night. As for services, there are only rubbish bins in the parking area and the resort café. We could not enjoy the resort much because only a few slopes were open due to heavy fog, but we got our skiing fix. We will return.
We spent the night and it was very windy. We were alone with another motorhome. It is peaceful and right beside the Javalambre resort. There was little snow, but for us beginners it was more than enough. The only thing is to check the forecast carefully, because wind is uncomfortable.
