A forest picnic area has two tables, including one under a shelter, among the Civrais forest. It is surrounded by nature, with birds, wildlife and a flat area for parking, while forest trails lead through the area. The forest road providing access is currently barred, and entry is prohibited.

It is forbidden to take the forest road leading there. There are barriers.
At Saint Plaisir, it is nothing but pleasure: in the middle of the forest, very easy to access, surrounded by birds and all kinds of animals—a total immersion in nature. Plenty of space to park on flat ground. “Le Rond des Chapelières” provides an opening through which to see the sky and, at night, the stars. In short, pure happiness. I spent one night there and will return. Thank you.
We had a super-quiet lunch break here on a Saturday. Nothing and nobody came by for two hours. For me, it would be an ideal overnight spot—only the sounds of nature! Wonderful!
No advice for sleeping here: a place in the middle of the forest, on a forest track, with no network. This clearly is not an area intended for parking.
Very quiet spot in the middle of a forest crossroads, with a pretty stream below. The forest road has very little traffic. A little haven of peace.
