A mountain parking area at the end of the road, at 2080 m, beside a small lake with a fountain, bar, and extraordinary mountain views. The access road from Doues is easy and scenic. It is busy during the day but very quiet at night, and there is no mobile-phone signal. Walking and cycling routes include a 9 km irrigation-canal balcony trail.

Fantastic spot. Plenty of space, few people, and a very beautiful road up. I recommend it! We came up in our van, but there were also motorhomes.
Simply saying that the place is magnificent does not do it justice! Perfect starting point for hikes and bike rides. Dreamlike sunset. Remember to download all route maps because there is no signal with any operator! There is also a water fountain. Two perfect nights.

Fantastic mountain views. Excellent starting point for hikes; busy during the day and quiet in the evening. It can be windy. In the morning you may hear a few cars belonging to workers at the alpine pasture and mountain hut, but otherwise it is very quiet. Drinking water is available. Small bars are open only on some mornings, varying by month. The nearest village is about 20 minutes by car. No mobile reception.
