Riverside beach, wet-weather access

Very nice spot with a beautiful view! We spent two peaceful nights there. The place is clean despite the lack of bins, and there is little traffic. However, the road on the other side of the Loire is very noisy, as are the trains. The access road is fairly easy, but watch out for potholes! I recommend it!✦Translating

Amazing spot, room for at least 4 vans (not ideal for big campers with all the branches, but not impossible!). Possible to park on the beach. Nice and clean, lots of trees for shade, swim all you want. So happy we drove the extra 20mins! Some noise from the road across the Loire, but doesn't ruin the experience ✦Translating

Incredible place with a small beach. Easily accessible by car. A fisherman visited us and pointed out that it was a fishing spot, but we had no problem staying there.✦Translating

We had a wonderful time! The path was easy to drive on, and with a little caution we got through easily in our Mercedes Sprinter van. We were not bothered by the frogs or the main road mentioned in the previous comment. ;-)✦Translating

Super quiet place and easily accessible by car (forest roads but passable). You can settle either directly on the beach or slightly farther back in the forest a few meters away. Swimming is possible, with almost no noise at night—truly peaceful. Ideal for a nature stop, but only for self-sufficient vehicles (no facilities on site). Approved!✦Translating

The place is splendid (you can also fish). However, be careful with access; for us in a converted car it was fine. We were very isolated, but at the same time there is a higher road opposite when you are by the water. You can choose where to park and stop a little earlier on the path to avoid the slight overlooking.✦Translating

Great spot on the Loire, quiet with beautiful sunsets, but nights are difficult because of the frogs and the departmental road, which is somewhat noisy—especially in a rooftop tent.✦Translating

We had a very good night, but when leaving we got stuck in the mud with no way out. We had to call a recovery service: €345. Do not go in wet weather. Apart from that, the place is magnificent!✦Translating

Not accessible to large vehicles, and watch out for potholes (or rather, ostrich holes). The spot is nice and ideal for bathing dogs and brave swimmers. However, within less than two minutes we were being eaten alive by mosquitoes, so we did not stay overnight. It is indeed only usable in dry weather.✦Translating

The access road has potholes, but driving slowly works. We were in a motorhome and did not go all the way to the indicated location, but at the entrance to the path we were able to stop peacefully for lunch.✦Translating
