Friendly welcome. Clean sanitary facilities. Very small campsite. Most pitches are shaded. The nearby lake is quite nice, but the dune is fairly far away, 20 minutes by car.✦Translating

Simple small campsite that has everything you need. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained and cleaned daily. Our pitch was perfectly adequate and even shaded. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful; we had a problem with our car and they did everything they could to help. The restaurant next door is also very good. :)✦Translating

€45 for two people. Noisy: inflatable structure, road, military shooting, and no aircraft—we were lucky. Avoid pitch 77 and its neighbors; the noise was unbearable until 8:30 p.m. I unplugged it and was reprimanded. I do not recommend it.✦Translating

They made a big fuss about finding us a pitch, or claimed everything was full. We had to pay €35 per night for a small campervan. Wi-Fi costs extra. It is also a two-star campsite, which seems about right. The shower was okay.✦Translating

Change of owner. The friendly atmosphere has disappeared, replaced by mobile homes and small wooden cabins. The table tennis table, badminton net, picnic tables, and more have disappeared. It is becoming a holiday village, with the already small children’s area reduced in favor of a pool and a stage. Each tent or canopy costs €70.✦Translating

One night at the beginning of June. Not a good location without a bicycle. Probably a good base for fishing trips. The site itself needs renovation in many places. At reception, I did not feel treated kindly as a customer.✦Translating

The campsite is showing its age. The showers are clean, but hot water takes a while. Privacy is also an issue: from the barbecue area you can see into the shower entrance. The price is reasonable: €19.50 for one motorhome and two people.✦Translating

Good campsite, but the pitches are poorly marked and people choose wherever they want, so if you choose a pitch, it may not still be available when you return. Electrical outlets are a little far away on some pitches, so bring a long extension cable. Otherwise, friendly welcome and not too expensive. Three hours on foot from the Dune du Pilat and 45 minutes by bicycle.✦Translating

Three nights for €59.34, including 6A electricity. Almost full over the weekend of May 8–11. A little wild, with tall grass and a tree branch brushing our motorhome, a C25. Still being developed and seemingly becoming private. Quiet, clean sanitary facilities, and excellent emptying and filling facilities. The adjacent campsite owns it: the motorhome area costs €13, or €16 with 16A electricity, with spacious pitches separated by some grass. Off-season rates. Booked two days at short notice online over the holidays; there was no problem on the website. Free choice of pitch, with beautiful large grassy areas. The sanitary facilities are somewhat dated but okay.✦Translating

Actually a beautiful site, but everything is somewhat run-down. A military airport is close by and can be disruptive. In September there are unpleasant mosquitoes and sand fleas.✦Translating

Fine for an overnight stay. Showers and toilets are okay, but bring your own toilet paper. The proximity to the dune and beach was good. The small bar at the entrance was the highlight of our stay: excellent service, great food, and a lovely atmosphere.✦Translating

Perfect for a trip to the Dune du Pilat, including bicycle rental. Simple but clean sanitary facilities. The owner is very friendly. No reservation necessary. The pitches are relatively large and separated by hedges. Happy to return!✦Translating

The sanitary facilities were clean and there was hot water. The reception staff were friendly. We arrived around 6:30 p.m. and had no problem. We paid €24.39 for two people in a van without electricity. Happy to return.✦Translating

Campsite very well located for cycling to the lake beach. Pitch 80 is shaded, while the others are sunnier. It has one bathroom block, which may be insufficient, but the showers and washing area are fine. The reception staff are very pleasant and sell bread and croissants. The campsite is inexpensive and well located for visiting Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat, Bordeaux, and more.✦Translating

Lovely place, pitch 80 fully shaded, family campsite, very welcoming manager. Restaurant and free Sud Ouest newspaper at reception. Two pétanque courts, one covered. Barbecue available. The lake is five minutes away by car, with crystal-clear water. We will return!✦Translating
