Unnamed Road, 511 00
Been here?
This tranquil riverside parking place is beside the old stone Aziz Agar bridge, with flat parking, river sounds and starry skies. The bridge, river and nearby beach make it attractive for a quiet overnight stay. Access varies by route; a dirt-road approach via Kipoureio was not manageable for a coachbuilt motorhome.

One star just to get your attention. The GPS took me via Kipoureio. It is a dirt road; I turned around with my low-profile motorhome. In a 4x4, I would have continued.
Fantastic tranquil place, with few visitors. The old stone bridge is worth taking the winding road to reach. Parking is easy to find, with flat spaces. The sound of the river and the starry night sky add extra points.
Good access road litle bit downhill (300m). Parking place is average for me. But the bridge, river and the beach make this place five star. We spent there beautiful day and quiet night.
The Aziz Aga bridge is beautiful. We stopped at the Trikomo taverna and received a wonderful welcome from Mrs Dina. Excellent food and delicious homemade syrup—definitely worth stopping. We spent the night in the small square in front of the restaurant; there is also a fountain for filling up with water.
Wow! What a beautiful view. Crystal-clear water and deep enough to swim in some places. I have been here completely alone for two days. A few locals come for a photo or walk. Nice for walking the dog. Good paved access road, so it can also be reached in the rain. Larger motorhomes should also be able to find a spot here.
