Paid area, poor sanitary facilities

Stayed one night, less than a quarter full. Some tips: don't walk to center, or the bus, bus g goes 2 times an hour max, and the time table is more of a suggestion. Call a taxi, maybe 10 euro and in ten minutes you are where you want to be, walking back from Piazza Italia is doable, down hill,not very scenic. One shower only open till midday from 8, be first. Toilet was open earlier.

Very Disappointed with the facilities at this Area Sosta. 24e for 24 hours. There is ONE toilet for the whole site. It was like a public Urinal, so smelly. There is only ONE shower and it is only open from 8-11am. The attendant was late so not even three hours. The water was cold. No Wifi. It is a disgraceful price to ask for such poor services. There should be at least 2 toilets and 2 showers.

There is a bus stop up by the gas station, and bus G takes you to the historic center in 13 stops. It is the terminus. You can buy a bus ticket at the gas station. Tickets can be bought at the service station for €1.30. Bought on the bus, they cost €2. Walking is just under two kilometers, but it is uphill all the way. The bus is an excellent choice and runs every half hour on weekdays. Perugia is a beautiful city and the views from above are wonderful. Dining on the terraces was pleasant, affordable, and good. Excellent stopping point for visiting Perugia or simply resting and continuing the journey. Well-equipped parking area, sufficiently large spaces, and excellent water filling and drainage services. The only drawback is the management, especially the 24- or 12-hour issue. We entered at 20:30 and wanted 24 hours plus 12 hours, but they charged us for 48 hours!

The area would not be bad; the pitches are spacious and the drainage point is clean. If you stop for less than 12 hours, the price is €12; one minute later, it is €24! We stopped yesterday at 19:30, left and returned at 22:30. For them, the 12 hours had passed. Payment is open from 8; if you arrive before 20:00, the next 12 hours are charged anyway. We did not use the bathrooms, so I cannot comment.

Only two good things: pitches of a decent size and a double water filling and drainage station. Only one shower open for four hours in the morning and only one bathroom, which toward evening is used by people who have nothing to do with the campers. And remember not to stay even one minute beyond 24 hours, otherwise they charge you another €12.

Since we were staying only half a day, the manager let us park above, in the area reserved for those who do not need electricity or services. The lower section seems flat and well maintained; the upper section is a little more neglected, with the exit full of very deep potholes. €10, a single rate for 24 hours, even though we stayed just over five hours.

The water filling and drainage area is fairly clean; staff are present only in the morning until 12. Very convenient motorhome area for visiting Perugia, €1 per hour with electricity available. Bus tickets can be bought at the Esso station, and there is a bus stop for the center; take bus G. You reach the center in 20 minutes, and buses run about every 30 minutes.

The place itself is okay, level and clean. You pay €12 with electricity for 12 hours, which is enough for a visit to beautiful Perugia. Bus tickets, as described here, are available at the gas station above the parking area; a bus (G) runs twice an hour right beside that same station. The toilet and shower are very poorly maintained, and the toilet was still open today at 2 p.m.

I would define it as a car park with water filling and drainage and an electricity connection. Entry and exit are always open; a camera reads the license plates of vehicles entering, and you can then pay from 8 to 12 to the staff on duty. Bathrooms and showers can only be used from 8 to 12. Wouldn't it be better to operate the automated service instead of keeping the entrance barrier permanently open?

Bus stop for line G to the historic center shortly after the IP and Q8 gas stations; tickets are sold at the gas station bar. The railway station and MiniMetrò are about a 10-minute walk away.

Good parking area, 15 minutes from the MiniMetrò that goes to the town center. Water filling and drainage work well; the price is excessive for what it offers, especially if you do not need an electricity hookup.

The only positive point is the electricity for those who need it. Very noisy at night. I stayed 13 hours and paid €24. I arrived late and it was dark; otherwise, an outside parking area would be a thousand times better.

It deserves to exist; it is certainly the best solution for Perugia because the city is difficult to approach with anything over 5 meters long. 12 hours = €12, 24 hours = €24. In October, nobody was there to collect payment outside 8–12... I’m just saying.

Basically parking with electricity for €24 / 24 hrs including electricity. 12 hrs is also available. IMPORTANT: only one shower with toilet stall and one very basic toilet-only stall are available BUT ONLY from 8am-Noon. What?! Install a code for campers' access! We were initially directed to a bad site, where we didn't even have room to access our camper back doors. We later moved without permission (as the office was closed in the afternoon). Bar/restaurant was closed for most of our visit. Bus (not mini-metro) was very convenient for town but would not likely stay here again due to the bathroom situation. We did use the grey and black dumps and filled with water (but bring your own fresh water hose).

We have rarely been welcomed so rudely! Stays are possible only for 12 or 24 hours. Tuesday is market day. Many of the market workers loitered on the site and used the toilet. The climb to the city is 1 km and very steep; you need to be fit. The sidewalks are narrow and cars race down the hill. We were relieved when our van was still undamaged after four hours. Conclusion: in three weeks in Italy, this was the place that gave us the worst feeling. Secure your vehicles and use your own toilets!
