67ter Chemin des Garennes, 85270, Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez
Been here?
A small forest clearing with picnic tables, suitable mainly for lunch or a short stop. The beach is a quiet 2-minute walk through the pine forest, but the nearby road can be busy. The area is intended for small camper vans, and summer nights may be disturbed by young people and traffic.

Ideal for a lunch break, with a beautiful walk through the pine trees.Translating
Stopped for lunch. Small busy road. Beautiful walks through the pine forest to the beach, just two minutes away on foot. Only suitable for small motorhomes; we did not stay overnight.Translating
We took advice from other motorhome users, but unfortunately we were disturbed by young people sleeping opposite us. They partied all night and honked at 4 a.m. when going to work. Therefore, I advise against July and August. Otherwise, it is a very beautiful place with tables for eating.Translating
Pretty decent. We stopped on a Sunday evening; it was very busy, but by around 10 p.m. we were alone. We were woken by municipal workers who came to weed one meter from the van. Otherwise, the setting under the trees is nice.Translating
Quiet parking. Just a few young people opposite finishing their evening. Some bicycle and pedestrian traffic. Very pleasant.Translating
A spot you really should know about, but particularly sought after at weekends by people having picnics.Translating
