This is our second time here. Very good for an overnight stop, as it is not far from the motorway and is a very safe place.
We spent about twenty hours here to go to the baths and sleep. We didn't have to pay for the pitch because we ate at the baths, but the car park would have cost us much less anyway. Very clean place, but fairly noisy nonetheless.
First car park on left - only 3 spaces for large motorhomes but they are huge so if you park to the front/ back, you can get more than 3 vans in. Small vans can park opposite. Great spa and recommend dining at Igniv. Bin by the bus stop. If you ask politely at reception they will give you an orange ticket to let you out of the car park for free if you say you have eaten there.
Great car park near the Grand Resort. Costs CHF 1.50 per hour, including overnight. If you eat at the hotel, the parking fee is waived. However, there are no facilities.
The car park is good and also has three large bus spaces, so a large motorhome can park here comfortably. We liked the thermal baths. At the entrance to the baths there is also a café with toilets. The coffee is excellent. Overall, a good pitch in a fairly good area.
Just a paying park, but great for visiting the city.No services,we payed 6CFH for about 3hours on Sunday.
Ideal for a visit to the Tamina Thermal Baths. The location is not very quiet but bearable. ATTENTION: There is currently a Covid test container stationed in the car park, so there is a lot of activity and commotion. :)
As described: close to town, no water or waste disposal, paved. Slight slope. Only vehicles over 2.1 m high are permitted. Quiet at night. From 6 a.m., lawnmowers operate next door, even in rain and darkness, with the mower's lights on. The grass clippings are removed with leaf blowers. So you can't sleep in. ;-) Payment is made at the meter in the neighboring heated underground car park.
