It is in a very good location, close to the beach, but I would not call it cheap: one night for a small 5-metre camper, two adults and two children cost €82.✦Translating

The campsite is excellent and has only the best reviews. Everything is clean and tidy, and the biggest plus is that it is on the seashore: cross the road and you are immediately at the beach. Café prices are cheaper than in Lithuania. We paid €71 for three nights for two people, a car and a tent, including electricity, showers, washing machines, and even showers for dogs. Unfortunately, the campsite is packed in very tightly, so there is little privacy. The noise from the beach can also be disruptive for several hours. The price of €56 for two people and a vehicle with a rooftop tent is clearly far too high.✦Translating

I have visited Camp Viter every June for about a week for five years. Unfortunately, I have to note that now the campsite is occupied almost exclusively by dog owners, which affects hygiene, with dog excrement, and noise, with barking dogs. The relatively small beach section, already overcrowded in the low season, also suffers as a result.✦Translating

Two years ago we had a wonderful stay here. Unfortunately, this time we were on a sloping pitch at an overcrowded campsite with noisy neighbours. It is strange that you also have to pay a reservation fee; the bill adds up quickly. Next time we will look elsewhere, despite the friendly welcome.✦Translating

Camp Viter, Zaostrog, in June. The tourist apartments are mostly still empty, so there are few people on the beach. Great campsite in the middle of town, right across from the pebble beach. Everything you need is within immediate reach. Clean and tidy, with pleasant staff. Those who complain about the price can drive on.✦Translating

Beautiful campsite with very spacious showers. I paid €28 for one night. The pebble beach is directly at the site, but it is rather narrow and drops off immediately. Male solo travellers, beware of the caretaker at the site. He invited me for a schnapps late in the evening, which I politely accepted. Once we reached his caravan, his intentions quickly became clear: he asked whether I had experience with other men and whether I could imagine something like that. I finished my drink and left. Fortunately, I was only there for one night.✦Translating

There are additional fees, so in the end we paid €88 for two nights, with a van and one child, even with ACSI. We found this price very expensive for such a basic site. ACSI users also get only the worse pitches.✦Translating

A very beautiful and well-maintained site with everything you need. Very friendly welcome. Only 3 km to the ferry to Hvar. €33 for two people with a van. We will stop here again on our return journey.✦Translating

Separated from the pebble beach by a quiet road. With ACSI, only smaller and less attractive pitches at the back without sea views are available. With a sea view in the first row, it costs €48 per night, with the second night €3 cheaper because of the administration fee charged for the first night. Sanitary facilities are tidy. Nothing to do in the area, everything is still closed, although the campsite is already quite full. Unfortunately, as with all campsites in Croatia, it is far too expensive.✦Translating

Fantastic place and campsite. Absolutely incredibly beautiful and rural. We saw dolphins on the beach! Good sanitary facilities.

A truly special place. Individually designed campsite, very close to the sea, clean, with super-friendly operators. A large supermarket is within walking distance, and you can walk along the sea. Apparently someone regularly sells fruit and vegetables at the entrance, which looked excellent. The church bells ring loudly once at 7:45 and then regularly, but we found it fine.

Although the site does not officially open until April 1, we were allowed to stay for two nights—thank you! It is beautiful here and we will certainly come back.

We have stayed at this site several times. This time, however, we found that the ACSI pitches had been squeezed into the very back area. They are also poorly marked. The sanitary facilities are excellent, though. It is okay for one night, hence only three stars.

Everything the heart desires: perfect toilets and showers, close to the water. The youth hostel next door happened to have a youth group with dance music and lots of energy. Not a problem in itself, but a kind of siren sounded at 7:30 in the morning, disturbing the peace. Still, that is complaining at a high level.

Very nice campsite with all facilities, very clean and very friendly staff, but very expensive: €44.60 for one night at the end of September. We presented our ACSI card, but it is valid only on certain pitches, and since the campsite was full, we had no choice but to pay full price.

Nice little campsite with 100 pitches facing the sea, a lovely small beach and islands in the distance. Services are fine. Lots of little restaurants. Vegetable seller in front of the campsite. Bicycle rides along the sea for about 10 km; be careful, the path is sometimes narrow. ACSI card accepted.

It was very busy when we visited and very tightly packed. They then wanted 47 euros for one night, not value for money, so we left.

Very well-maintained, excellent site. We were in the front row, which cannot be beaten. The sanitary facilities were clean and orderly at all times. Bicycle tours along the sea are possible in both directions for about 15 km and are wonderful.

2 persons and 2 kids, 97 EUR per night. For what? I would like that somebody explain to me this price...for what we gave that many, especially if we compare this place with other camping places on north cost of Croatia (for example camp Straško or other)....

We spent two nights at the campsite. The sanitary facilities are very clean, and the beach is very close but crowded, as mentioned in the comments. The sea water is clear and pleasant! €140 for two nights with a van, two adults and one child, including electricity, is rather expensive. The welcome on arrival from one gentleman was ordinary, while the welcome at departure from a lady was very warm!

Nice little camp - clean facilities. Came for 2 nights without booking. It is very close to the beach, but as mentioned in the comments it is overcrowded. However there are nice less crowded places north outside the village.

The place was very overcrowded and touristy; it looked very different online. €64 for two people with a van is extremely expensive. At least it was clean.

The campsite entrance is 10 metres from the sea. Clean and fully equipped. In the village there is a minimarket, restaurants and shops. The problems are outside the campsite: bells ring at 7:45 for five minutes, about 90 chimes, and the beach is crowded—you need to put down a towel around 6:30 to get a shaded spot. Shaded pitches are available. €70 per night for a camper, two adults and one child, including electricity.

Really lovely place, where we stayed in a sea-view pitch 100 metres from the beach. Excellent facilities! New buildings and a high standard of cleanliness. The town is charming, but the beach is overcrowded, so it is good to be very close to the water. However, the site is very expensive: €144 for a large motorhome with two adults and one child for two nights.

Greatly located site; the beach is also very nice, though crowded, as is common in Croatia. We spontaneously got a pitch at 8 p.m. during our journey. We were welcomed very warmly in German and English. The price was €53 for two people and a 6.5-metre camper, including electricity and a very large, hot shower. The sanitary area is excellently maintained. We would gladly come again.
