It's a 4.5 star review really. Plots are quite small but the swimming pool was good. It's excellently located for walks and rides. Beautiful views, friendly staff, and tasty food. Could do with some vegetarian options. Showers and toilets were clean and enough for a busy stay in July. Love the resident dogs.
Pitches open at 3 p.m. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Playground for children aged 6–12, volleyball, pétanque. Pizzeria. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, and ironing board, which is a plus. Rate €45 for four people with electricity.
The access road is a little narrow and steep; follow the signs for Parking. Comfort pitch with electricity, impeccable. Very clean and a beautiful covered pool.
A fantastic campsite, not noisy at night; you only hear the crickets. Very friendly staff and everything spotless.
Very nice. The pool is a real plus! It, like the sanitary facilities, is very clean. The only drawback is that the pitches are a little small; there were five of us on the same pitch even though there was plenty of space in the campsite.
It is a miracle to find a campsite where the reception understands and speaks Spanish! The friendly girl who welcomed us put us near the toilets because of the children. The bar has games and toys for children and a large playground—these things are appreciated when you are a parent. We did not eat there, but the food at the campsite bar looked delicious. We will return. Amunt Valencia.
Small family campsite, pleasant pool and modern sanitary block. However, some pitches are really small. Ask for the comfort pitches if you have a motorhome.
Very beautiful location, very friendly staff, very clean, quiet location but only about 1 km from the village, where you can get everything a camper needs. The owner speaks German and is happy to provide any information. Absolutely recommended. Thank you, we will gladly come again.
Beautiful campsite with wonderful mountain views. Very good service in Spanish. We spent two nights, two adults, with electricity and water in a camper van for €54. Spacious, level pitch. Campsite with everything needed. New, clean sanitary facilities and showers. Heated pool and a small jacuzzi. Washing machines and dryers available.
Beautiful campsite. We stayed for two nights (van, electricity, one adult and two children, €69). New and very clean bathrooms, pool and spa, washing machine and dryer. There is a bar and restaurant. Almost all pitches have a water tap or one nearby; they are fairly level but very muddy, and when it rains it is not ideal. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff.
Nice campsite with a pool and level, green areas. We ate very well at the restaurant, including paella made on Sunday. If I had to mention a drawback, the sanitary facilities and showers seem insufficient for so many people.
Extremely friendly owners, like all the staff, who always have a smile! Very clean campsite, pleasant pool, village 20–30 minutes on foot. Pump track and river below (10 minutes maximum via a private path that descends steeply but is paved). Very good snack bar; order bread for the morning. The campsite is sloped, but this did not bother us, even with a five-year-old.
We arrived for one night. The campsite is not suitable for motorhomes (moving around inside the campsite is difficult and the pitches are very small). €56 for a motorhome, two adults, and three children, including electricity and water. The children enjoyed the pool.
Second time at this campsite. One night, two adults with a motorhome on a grand-confort pitch (no others were available): €29 without electricity. Spacious, level, and shaded. Pool already open. Pizzas and restaurant. You can leave at 7:30 a.m. and drive around until 10 p.m. Friendly staff who accommodated our last-minute booking.
A lovely campsite that is well located and has wonderful views. Pitches are on the small side and the older of the two shower blocks is far too small, the shower cubicles are tiny and sloping. The newer shower block is however really clean and spacious. The pool and whole campsite is very well maintained.
Very complete campsite, very family-friendly service, ideal for families. Very good location for cycling.
3to5 aug 2024: we stayed at this camping to visit the petit train d artouste and it’s at 25 min distance from the location. Nice bar where u can have dinner and breakfast. The area around is beatiful and the landscape coming from Spain just amazing.
The pitches are small and really close to one another. We feel as though we are living with all the neighbors, who seem quite disrespectful; perhaps we were just unlucky... It is not peaceful here. We came for the pool, but it was closed on the first day :/. €50 per night for two adults and two children, including electricity, for a small van... that hurts.
Great campsite; the pitches are shaded, level, and well defined. The sanitary facilities are modern and very clean. The pool is small but very pleasant.
Lovely campsite! Mountain-view pool, children’s games available to borrow, modern sanitary facilities, and shaded pitches! We spent two nights in a van, two people with electricity: €32 per night.
Very pleasant campsite. Level, well-defined pitches. Very clean sanitary facilities. Very warm welcome. Well suited to a van.
A wonderfully warm welcome from the whole team, as well as Jules the dog, who looks grumpy but is a sweetheart. A perfect place to live—do not miss it. Thank you for your smiles, and see you soon for another adventure of the Northerners in this magnificent setting. Sève & Franck
Very friendly welcome, and a very well-maintained campsite, from the sanitary facilities and pitches to the trimmed hedges and trees and mown grass, all in a magnificent setting. For us, it was a wonderful discovery...
We arrived here very spontaneously on a Sunday (the reception is closed on Sundays). The owner happened to be there, approached us, and quickly gave us a lovely pitch. The sanitary facilities are new and very well maintained. The pool is also perfect for cooling off. The village is a 25-minute walk away. Bread roll service available. Very steep driveway to the campsite. Recommended!
Great pitch and a guaranteed change of scenery. I was there on a Sunday before the school year started, so there were fewer tourists, which was a good thing—a touch of Switzerland, minus the snow. The town is 15 minutes on foot, which is pretty good. Absolute peace and quiet. The campsite is clean and the van pitches are large. Honestly, I come from nearby—the Basque Country—and I will return regularly. It is splendid, with the pool as an extra after a hike. Great welcome and lovely team. Long live the mountains and Béarn!
