60 Einener Straße, 48231, Warendorf
Been here?
A hikers’ parking area directly beside the Ems, offering walking, cycling, kayaking and canoeing opportunities. The rear section is asphalted and suitable for large campers when no other car is present. It is recommended only in dry weather; the road is loud, the ground can be grassy or potholed, and trains may sound in the distance.

The parking area is only recommended in dry weather. Right beside the main road and therefore quite noisy.
Beautiful site directly on the Ems; the rear section is paved. On the opposite bank you can walk down to the water. Also suitable for large motorhomes, provided no other car is parked there yet.
The upper part of the site is very sloped and sandy; the lower part has grass and potholes. Completely visible from the road and therefore noisy.
Cul-de-sac with a nature reserve at the end and a field opposite. Pleasant evening and night; we were not disturbed and were the only ones there. The only drawback is that a train regularly honks in the distance. Bring earplugs...
In the rain this place is very muddy; otherwise it is suitable for one night. The railway tracks and adjacent road are somewhat noisy, but that did not bother us.
