This upper parking area at Rosenau Castle is a relatively flat gravel site surrounded by shady trees and woodland. It is generally very quiet, though it can be full at weekends. The former Heurige is no longer open, but the castle café is recommended; another parking area has an electrical connection and a different approach.

Nice and relatively quiet site, with some shade. Unfortunately, the wine tavern is no longer open, but the café in the castle is recommended. Above the castle there is a parking area with an electricity connection, but it must be approached from the other side. We have been here often; at weekends the parking area can be full.Translating
