Van parking, motorhomes forbidden seasonally

We wanted to stay here in our van for the night, but a motorhome parked across the area, taking all the spaces. A shame, because the site is really nice.

Wonderful place to park day and night, with the beach opposite and a very nice food truck with tables and chairs under the pine trees for picnics. Clean public toilets and a pleasant outdoor shower. In addition, on Saturday evening, August 16, the oyster festival was in full swing! Coastal path and oyster huts within walking distance, as well as shops. A great discovery.

Really a beautiful place, although you can still sense hostility from the locals. We are just a relaxed couple of two, yet the neighbor in space 1 complained that we were making noise until 2 a.m. We were sleeping around 11 p.m., but despite that he decided to come and bang on the van at 7 a.m. and later called the police! In short, what an intelligent and kind man!

Beware! There are now bicycle lock railings the length of the parking area. I have a 6 metre van and not able to reverse park into the bays. Shorter vans would be ok I think. I parked opposite on the side of the road.

A great night here, with a view over the basin. Very quiet, and there was nobody there. Public toilets in the parking area.

Parking is prohibited for campers until October 1. We have a converted T4 and asked the residents whether it was okay to park here. They said people here are relaxed and it was no problem for them. We stayed here for two days; both days had beautiful sunsets and it felt safe. Free Wi-Fi, toilets, and swimming access.

The site is very good, with few spaces, which also makes it peaceful. The neighbors were very friendly. There is a beach shower and washbasins accessible at any time, as well as a crepe food truck; unfortunately, some young people came to party and made some noise.

Very nice view, with a food truck, toilets, and a beach shower with a tap. We happened upon a great concert evening. Quiet, with plenty of available spaces. I recommend it for L2/L3 vans.

Excellent location, prohibited for motorhomes in high season but perfect for vans. A quality food truck for sunset drinks. Shower and toilet. And what a view...
