Free hedged site, no showers

Simple pitch without marked spaces, but with filling and emptying facilities, electricity, shower, and toilet. A plus is the picnic area with tall trees and a small stream. Bakery and small grocery shop in the village. Very quiet at night. Tip: in Niederhaslach, a van sells delicious freshly prepared tarte flambée on Friday evenings from 6 p.m.

Currently, the parking area and services have been moved to the campsite. It is nevertheless possible to park in the large parking lot and use the toilets. Unfortunately, the shower was destroyed last night by people in a van who ripped out the push-button fitting.

By far my favourite place to park overnight in my van. It has everything you could want: free toilets, shower, and bins; paid water; a stream, barbecue area, and petanque court. Self-service washing machines opposite. Loved it.

Great motorhome pitch. Naturally, the waterside picnic area is also used by others, but on our Saturday evening during the summer holidays it became quiet around 10 p.m., and all we could hear was the steady flow of the stream. There is also a toilet and hot shower. Sheep and goats in the enclosure right next door.

Thank you to the town for providing this area in a region where there are few. Contrary to the previous comment, the service post was working on June 11. The €4 token provides much more than the stated 100 liters. There is also a shower and toilet. Very appreciated.

One night as a stopgap, nothing more. Noisy during the day and relatively calm in the evening. It is a shame that the toilets are accessible to everyone without control, but they are clean after being cleaned. Service post out of order on June 7, 2026.

A wonderful place during the week, wonderfully quiet, with a free shower and toilet, all working. Many beautiful walks nearby and a charming village. At weekends it is much busier in the park, with lots of partying and socializing. When the campers are in smoke all the time, it is less attractive. No access from June 12 at 7 a.m. until June 14 at 8 a.m.

The showers were closed when we arrived and the services were not working. It is quite noisy during the day because of the park behind, but the village is magnificent and typically Alsatian. We came, we saw, but we will not return.

Really nice area, busy in the daytime. We stayed here and hiked around the forest in the day but drove up the road to a forest area to sleep as it was more quiet. €4 for jetons for water or one hour of electricity. Shower and toilet was hot and free. Small shop is quite expensive and limited options, better to stock up on food elsewhere before arriving

good level and quiet parking for several MH's its next to a picnic area and childrens playground but it is soon empty in the evening. The local village has amini market, but no cafes open in the weekdays. All services working.

Good free motorhome pitch. As already described, the shower was somewhat muddy because many visitors used the barbecue area over Easter, bringing in dirt. The water was warm, however. Good starting point for various hikes.

Water from the service post unavailable. It is winter and the system is shut off against freezing, but since temperatures were springlike I had some hope. Shower out of order too. It remains quiet and accessible, but the site loses much of its appeal.

We stayed one night and it was peaceful.

We spent a very quiet night here. In the morning, a town employee occasionally comes by. We also parked behind the building near the toilet, which was perfectly fine—clean and fully equipped.

Good place for one night, with a free toilet and an acceptable shower, though somewhat muddy because it had rained. We drove in at the motorhome wastewater station entrance and then parked behind the building. Quiet night; we were alone.

Quiet place. Refilling water is currently not working due to winter season. The shower is also not working currently(perhaps also due to winter), but toilet area is still usable including the sink to wash hands. Electricity is still working with a jeton, which can be purchased at the proxy mini market along the street. €4,- for 1 hour -> 220V 16A.

Very quiet, free, with paid services at €4. Tokens can be bought at the town hall and from local shopkeepers. Laundromat 50 meters away. Quiet village. Thank you to the town.

Toilet and shower closed for two weeks, but the other services are working and the setting is pleasant.

I thought it was wonderfully beautiful. We are parked beside the stream. But I am not a tourist either. Shower and toilet currently out of service. Many motorhomes park in the car park. According to the sign, the area behind the service station is intended for parking, so enter via the motorhome wastewater sign. On Friday night, teenagers came and drove their cars around the car park, racing and making circles.

We came, we saw, we left again :-(. We are not difficult, but the place did not appeal to us, and the showers even less.

An amazing place. The town is wonderful, with free showers and toilets and a charging point. Honestly, well done. Depending on the season, there are two possibilities: you arrive and find friends for life, with drinks, music, and good-natured fun, or there is nobody. In any case, this place leaves an impression. I had extraordinary encounters. The townspeople are truly wonderful.

A nice little place. The large hall is naturally not a beautiful sight, but if you look straight ahead you see a pleasant, natural-looking park. And something I have never encountered elsewhere: there was a free shower facility, with wonderfully unlimited hot water in relatively clean condition.

Very welcoming village. Pleasant and spacious area with a convenient service point. The night was quiet, with no disturbances. Shops are very close, including a good bakery and a well-stocked mini-market for small groceries. Thank you to the town.

Wonderful place beside the stream with shower and toilet. Thank you, Oberhaslach! Well located for hiking. Supermarket, bakery, and pleasant restaurants right in the village. Not really quiet, but noisy cars and mopeds are everywhere. Unfortunately, piglets that trash and soil the sanitary facilities are everywhere too.

Not very quiet because of the many amenities, but it has a toilet and hot shower. Thank you for these facilities.

If the town hall sees this message, I hope they will do what is necessary to stop the nighttime disturbances. We have been woken in the middle of the night for two nights: first, barely 13-year-old kids stole construction barriers and put them in the middle of the road, and then at 4:28 a.m. a gray BMW 5 Series and a dark Golf 3/4 were playing music at full volume. This is not how tourists will come to your area.

Excellent area provided by the town hall with showers and toilets! Hats off! Very easy access, including for large vehicles!
