a lovely campsite with the sea just across the road. do not follow sat nav look out for the signs the pub in the village worth a visit but kitchen is closed Mon and Tues

Very nice place to explore the area. One person is present in the morning and evening for registration. 32£ for 6m campervan and 2 adults with dog. Water and electricity at the pitch. Grey water house and washing up area very clean. Delicious evening meal at The Anchor Hotel (within walking distance). Very nice manager!

The campsite is full. They ask us to empty our dirty water and fill up with water. Okay for a donation—£10. You can only empty the toilet, and they let us fill up with non-potable water!✦Translating

Very beautifully situated, right by the sea. Very friendly, immaculate sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, the lobster shop was already closed, and in the village there is only one hotel with a pub, where everything was unfortunately reserved. So we had to cook for ourselves. Perfect campsite for people who like simplicity. Large grassy area directly in front of the sea, very close to the small harbor with its Anchor pub. Charming welcome and very clean facilities.✦Translating

We arrived after closing time, but the manager came back to welcome us. Clean showers and toilets, grey-water and chemical-toilet disposal areas, children’s play areas, and a cricket pitch to entertain the children, plus wild rabbits. It is a little Scottish paradise just as one might imagine. I highly recommend this typical detour. Bonus: direct view of the North Sea.✦Translating

Reasonable site run by local community. Touring pitches located between statics. Facilities not the newest, but maintained and clean. Direct access to stoney beach and 10 minute walk to town. However, note that when we visited (early Sept.) local pub did not serve food and seafood shop closed Monday and Tuesday.
