Been here?
A quiet riverside forest spot reached by a slightly overgrown, somewhat bumpy path. The sandy ground slopes down to the river for swimming, and the surroundings feel natural, with sheep visible across the water. Road noise is present but generally moderate, especially at night, and a normal motorhome can access the site.

Very nice place! We stayed here for two nights and it was worth it. Right by the water with a slight slope, but perfectly fine! We were here with a van and two tents. There was one car per night. Very little activity for such a spot. You can hear the road a little, but it is perfectly manageable. Highly recommended!
Very beautiful spot. The access road is now quite overgrown, so it is easy to miss and somewhat bumpy. The sheep on the opposite bank are very entertaining, and you really feel immersed in nature.
Wonderful, quiet parking spot. We heard nothing from the road at night. The access is also easy with a standard motorhome.
after a week of moving on every night, this place was a perfect place to stop for 2 nights to kick back and relax. we were a bit unsure about the beginning of the track so we parked across the road and walked in to make sure the track was OK and there were no branches to scratch the mobile home the site was flat enough and the view lovely. we walked down to the water twice. it's steep. 8,9 may
Beautiful place, but not one we would return to. In our rooftop tent, the road noise was very noticeable and it was also busy at night. Fine for a campervan. We enjoyed sitting in the sun. The little beach has disappeared because of high water, so it is now just a steep slope down.
Beautiful spot with access to the water. The road is hardly a disturbance :)
The spot itself is beautiful, but the smell is truly unbearable.
