Forest-edge pebbled site, daytime traffic

Considering the lack of options in and around Lillehammer, this seems like a fairly good spot. Tonight was quiet, but to the usual business hours traffic tends to increase a bit, so it's not for sleeping in super long, as it's directly by the road (still a lot better than the E6 obviously).

Beautiful spot but very steep road from the valley all the way onto the mountain, we were grateful our old camper made it up there..

Perfect for spending the night, beside a beautiful forest. A few sheep pass by. Cars pass in the morning, but the night is quiet.

Very quiet night; only a few goats and sheep came by in the evening. Space for three vans/campers. Directly at the edge of the forest. Perfect for then exploring Lillehammer.

This was an amazing place to stay for the night. What a great find! Spacious lot right on a forest track to walk in. Very peaceful at night! There is a firepit as well. Highly recommended if you are seeking something a bit more wild for the night ;)

Nice spot along a quiet road. You can walk straight onto a path leading into nature with a small stream. Goats and cows regularly walked past.

We were woken at 8 a.m. by, one after another, a herd of grazing cows and sheep that came to scratch their backs against the camper.
