Camping Le Val de Cesse is a medium-sized campsite beside the Cesse river, with direct access to a 10,000m² leisure centre. Stays offer delimited, mostly shaded pitches, a heated swimming pool, children's games, clean sanitary facilities with hot water, and a restaurant. The relatively flat ground is stony with little grass, while swimming, fishing, paddle boarding and canoeing are available on the river. Animals are welcome.

I stayed there for several days. The sanitary facilities were immaculate, with hot water everywhere. The pitches are well marked out by hedges and trees, which is very welcome in hot weather. There is still a little lack of grass, but the ground, although stony, is relatively flat. A tiny grocery shop is not far away and has everything. Friendly manager.Translating
Very happy with this medium-sized campsite, with enough pitches for tents, caravans, or motorhomes. Heated pool, very good children's play area, riverside location, and very clean sanitary facilities. We ate well at the restaurant. The owner is active on site all day, taking care of the small details. Good atmosphere, with musical evenings featuring a singer.Translating
A campsite designed for long stays and offering various services. However, the pitches are poorly maintained for the price charged. Poor value for money.Translating
Very good campsite option with all services. Clean sanitary facilities. There are some activities for adults and children, and pools for both adults and children. A communal hut is available if you are traveling by bicycle, with a kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker, table, and more. Canoes and paddleboards can be rented to explore the crystal-clear river. In August we paid €80 for two nights for a motorhome and four people.Translating
The dustiest campsite imaginable. Far from the canal. Uncharming village. Most sinks usually have no hot water. They charge €5 per day for the dog, and even the shower does not work. We will not return. Also poorly maintained and neglected, with weeds everywhere left uncut.Translating
Mixed feelings about this campsite. It is pleasant thanks to direct access to the river, and the services offered are interesting: bar, restaurant, pool, table tennis, repair equipment for cyclists, and it is dog-friendly. However, the pitches are poorly maintained, the sanitary cleanliness needs improvement, there are not enough washing-up sinks or showers, and there are too few water points.Translating
Very pleasant campsite. The pitches are large. Heated pool and access to the river. Perfect!Translating
Nice campsite with large, fairly shaded pitches. Well-maintained toilets, showers, and washing-up sinks. We spent two quiet nights there at the end of October. The manager's availability and excellent welcome deserve mention.Translating
