14 Cooper's Lane, TR13, Porthleven

This daytime parking area has fantastic coastal views and access to the South West Coast Path toward Looe Bar. Overnight parking and motorhomes or vans are prohibited, and a vehicle was recently broken into. The ground is uneven, there are no bins, and the gate must remain unblocked.

Large sign saying no parking for motorhomes or vans . Parked and went for a walk for an hour and came back to broken window and belongings stolen. Couple of passing locals said it’s regular here. Find somewhere else.
Superb and very peaceful view. Perfect for a walk in the National Trust Park. Room for three or four vans, but no more, as space must be left for locals who come to walk there. There is also another spot a little farther down on the left. A flat place accessed by a small, steep dirt ramp a few metres long.
what a view, there's also 2 car parks to be used in the area, both with great views and no restrictions, no bins either
Good park up with lovely views, even a sunset! Room for 5-6 vans if parked well just don’t block gate. No signs or parking meter. Plenty of dog walkers but all friendly. 5 minute drive into Porth Leven. Few vans here in May half term. Would recommend.
