I did not like this campsite. Constant coming and going until late in the evening because there is no longer a barrier. Good-sized pitches but sloping in every direction. Three-story sanitary facilities, with minimal maintenance. Hot water is not always available. The municipality of Aussois charges €31.50, very expensive for a municipal campsite, and that is all. A shame; it does not make you want to return to this beautiful village.✦Translating

I do not understand the previous ratings. The most expensive campsite of my trip through the Alps: €31.50 per day with electricity. The multilevel sanitary facilities are new but dirty. Given the number of guests, there was no more hot water. Constant coming and going because there is no barrier. We spent three nights here from December 26 to 28. Well-located campsite, with a beautiful view if you get a good pitch. Clean, new sanitary facilities; the only drawback is that the water is regularly lukewarm. Access to the resort is either by free bus or a 10-minute walk. Very warm welcome from the manager. On our hike to the Le Plan Aval reservoir, we spotted several mountain-bike routes. The center of Aussois is about 800 meters away and easily reachable on foot.✦Translating

Truly perfect campsite. Shaded pitches, so bring leveling blocks. Clean sanitary facilities with many services, including excellent parent-and-child showers and small sinks at children's height. Pitches with a beautiful view of the mountains, although not perfectly level and with somewhat dusty gravel in this scorching summer. New, excellently maintained bathrooms; the shower was lukewarm, almost cold. Excellent welcome, with a very pretty village just a few minutes away on foot. A great campsite with a very warm welcome! We called around 5 p.m. to ask whether a pitch was available for the night, and she quickly found us one. We paid €25 for two people and a van. A very good stop when coming from Italy, with lots of restaurants within walking distance and clean, new sanitary facilities.✦Translating

At first put off by the initial pitches, which were a little narrow, we were placed by the lovely manager on a terraced pitch at the top of the campsite, alone in the world facing the mountains. Thank you to her for listening and being available! The sanitary facilities are clean, modern, and very well designed, in a tower in the center of the campsite. We were there from July 13 to 16. Very welcoming campsite, very clean and well-maintained sanitary facilities, spacious areas, and a beautiful national holiday celebration. Personal note: congratulations to the eco-friendly fairground ride. The owner built it alone, runs it with songs and various instruments, and uses the pedaling power of two parents to turn the ride.
