12 Rue des Saules, 17420, Saint-Palais-sur-Mer
Been here?
This is a shaded parking area with four marked campervan spaces, no services and no current height restriction reported. It is 300 m from the beach, with public toilets about 200 m away, and has a pétanque court. The area can be busy until 11:00pm in high season but is quiet afterward, and five-night stays have been possible. Access is via a small dead-end lane, which may become difficult in heavy rain.

Very busy until 11:00pm (high season) but quiet after that. No height restrictions, nobody bothered us trough out the night. Beach 5 minutes away on foot
Very quiet location, no height barriers +++
Large shaded car park accessible via a small dead-end street. 300 m from the beach. Quiet, clean, with toilets 200 m away. Very pleasant
4 motorhome spaces marked on the ground, therefore authorized. No services. We did not stay because with all the rain, boots were needed to cross a large puddle at the parking exit
Great place! We spent 5 nights here without any problems. Toilets are accessible within a 2-minute walk, as is the beach, and there is a water point near the beach. Boules court in the car park, where players come every day and are very friendly!
Very beautiful car park with a boules court thank you Park4Night
Public toilet suitable for wheelchair users 150 m away, close to the beach. Quiet night, little traffic in the off-season. The beach is accessible by wheelchair at low tide.
Quiet night, 150 meters from the beach, recommended
Large car park set back from the busy road, little used outside the season. The height barriers were absent when we visited (otherwise you can turn around at the end of this dead-end road). Despite a sign prohibiting motorhomes, discreet overnighting in a van is possible without setting anything up. The proximity to the beach and seaside restaurants is very pleasant. Classy... St Palais, after all.
Quiet little car park. Perfect for one night before taking the Royan ferry. Beach and public toilets 2 minutes on foot, close to small restaurants.
Perfect for a quiet night before taking the ferry to Royan. Bin in the car park.
Pleasant, shaded and relatively quiet place; it is a car park, so there is some coming and going and some slightly noisy young people. Very good for one night.
