Streamside parking, event disruption

Superb place, very welcoming villagers, and water at the fountain. However, check the dates of the 4x4 and buggy festival... this year it is July 8, 9, and 10, with Patrick Sébastien closing the event, so there is a lot of activity.

Great spot, but not at the moment! Work is taking place in the middle of the site, an event is being prepared, and there is a lot of noise this week!

Many thanks to the municipality for making this wonderful, peaceful, and restful location available to motorhomes. There are beautiful walks, not forgetting the cheese shop. Easy access and a water point.

The motorhome parking area was closed. We slept on the grass above the river. The water was cloudy and unusable. Otherwise, superb view and a quiet night.

Thank you to the village of La Gravière and the municipality of Lavigerie for letting us enjoy such a wonderful place with a 360-degree view. It is up to us to respect such generous nature.

Wonderful night! Even better when taking time at the end of the day and in the morning. Very, very pleasant. Water, rubbish bin, and a small river. You can walk around the typical and charming little village.

Very quiet and pleasant night by the stream. However, be careful: although water is available, it comes from a push-button tap that cannot be connected to a hose, so we could not use it. Also, respect the site and do not dump waste here.

Wonderful place that has not changed for many years. I already came here with my parents in the late 1970s to camp. Thank you to the mayor for preserving the spirit of the place. This place is magical.

Very popular spot beside a river where swimming is possible. Water is provided free of charge—thank you, municipality! Little shade and quite busy, but very good for spending one night.

Excellent, very calm place with plenty of space! Go and eat at La Boudio; the truffade is excellent!

Quiet and very beautiful place. Thank you to the municipality for letting us use this wonderful spot by the water, with a rubbish bin and water.

Excellent, a favourite. It is very large, with a beautiful view, water available, and a small river. Truly exceptional. One drawback: people who do not understand the vanlife spirit of peace and nature. Two experiences: our neighbours’ video call, despite being far away, and young parents washing themselves and their dishes with chemicals in the river despite the instructions.

Simply magnificent and relaxing, with a lovely little stream to listen to. Local products—cheese, cured sausages, pâtés, and local beer—are all available. Even the cows walked among the motorhomes. Thank you to the municipality for this site and the free water. Do not forget the little box for leaving a donation.

What a glorious place! Wonderfully spacious and relaxed, positioned perfectly for numerous walks and very peaceful. Many many thanks to the community for welcoming us here with such a beautiful place to stay.
