Roadside parking at Col de Goudard, generally calm despite some traffic on the pass road. It offers a beautiful view of Viel Chatel and shade from pine trees. The col can be windy, but it is pleasant in hot weather. A quieter option is a few hundred metres along the small road to Veyrac, on the right.

Very beautiful view of the Old Castle. You can enjoy the shade of the pine trees. It is a little windy at the pass; very pleasant when it is hot. A quiet spot despite some traffic on the pass road.
Great spot in the middle of nature. Do not stay at the crossroads; continue a few hundred meters along the small Veyrac road, on the right. Thanks for this spot!
