Level observation deck, no shade

Thank you to those who left their dishwater and so on here... It was full of flies and wasps... We drove on.

We stayed here for one night. There is nothing; only self-contained camping is possible. The observation tower is great, with a beautiful view toward the Memel. We came from the direction of Kaunas; the road was newly paved up to the tower. When leaving, we wanted to continue toward Klaipėda, but flooding made that impossible, and there is a gravel track there.
