Mountain parking, winter closure

Very beautiful, quiet and secluded place. The 20 francs are worth it. The toilets were very clean.

Magnificent setting, with a view of the mountains. Toilets nearby, clean and with toilet paper. Quiet place, with the sound of cowbells when we woke up! I recommend this little spot.

A wonderful and peaceful place. Clean toilets. 20 francs are perfectly reasonable! Anyone who does not want to pay should leave again!

The setting is great. However, 20 CHF for this is outrageous! It is an unused parking lot in summer (winter sports parking), with toilets that have not been cleaned for several days (or weeks? dead flies on the floor, stains, cobwebs, no toilet paper...). Cow dung everywhere in the parking lot. 4x4s and motorcycles pass every 10 minutes, even at midnight... I paid 5 CHF, the real price.

20 francs, great deal! Very quiet up there! There were cows, unfortunately one was very close to the camper at 4:00 a.m. and its bell was very loud! Otherwise great. The toilet is definitely not clean! However, it is sufficient for the job. For very slow people, one minute on foot.

Very beautiful place, but please pay the genuinely not excessive fee of CHF 20 per night and keep it clean! It cannot be that you sleep here without paying—shame on you!

Lost high up in the mountains, you wonder what you will find. The landscape on the way there is grandiose. Once there, a very large area to park; after nightfall there were four of us. It is very peaceful. A small stream and cows. We were not woken by their bells; they must sleep elsewhere. There are toilets in the building, a 3-minute walk away.

We really enjoyed this place, lost in the middle of the countryside, and spent two nights there. Clean toilets are available a little higher up. You are asked to put 20 CHF per night in a small box in the parking lot.

Very peaceful place in the alpine pastures. Beware: contrary to what some comments say, the place is not free; you have to pay a parking fee of 20 francs for the night.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay, narrow road to get up there but is quiet. The 20 CHF can be paid with Twint or with cash in an honesty box :) was very quiet when we were there, just one other van.

We agree with the previous reviews. The beauty of the pastures and mountains, combined with the surrounding calm, gave us a peaceful night in the cool alpine air of this beautiful Simmental region.
